Charles F. Dibrell, III

Tré is the principal engineer in LynnGroup’s McKinney office. He joined the team in September 2020. His prior experiences include city government and land development.

He has served as the Development Director for the City of Corpus Christi, TX, the City Engineer for the City of Hurst, TX and on staff with the City of Arlington. TX engineering department. Outside of his municipal work, Tré managed his own engineering firm for more than a decade, served as Senior Project Engineer on projects throughout Louisiana, California, Nevada and Texas. Most recently, Tré was the Director of Dallas-Ft. Worth projects for Terra Associates managing civil infrastructure planning and design, permitting, project management and land acquisition studies.

Tré is a 1994 graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He has been a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas since 1999.

Outside of the office, Tré enjoys golfing, fishing and bowling. He is the father of three adult children and has been married to his high school sweetheart for 29 years.
