Tammy Camacho

Tammy Camacho is a Human Resources Specialist at Lynn Engineering. She manages employee benefits and HR alignment. Outside of her HR function, she works with the Client Relations Specialists and coordinates activities as Lynn Engineering’s Administrative Assistant.

Prior to her role with Lynn Engineering, she served for seven years in a similar role for TenarisBayCity, a global steel manufacturing company, in their Engineering department.

Tammy is a Tidehaven High School graduate (Class of 1990! Go Tigers!), and she attended Blinn College in Brenham, TX. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Bay City/Wharton Counties Women’s Crisis Center.

In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, sports, working out, outdoor activities and spending time with family.

She believes that hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard, and she wakes up each day in the hopes that the day will be better than the one before. She is optimistic by nature and always works to exceed expectations.
