Our Civil Engineering Services

We provide engineering services to smaller cities and water districts up and down the Texas Coast. Formerly John D. Mercer & Associates, the civil engineering team at Lynn Engineering has served communities within 125 miles of Edna for more than 40 years. Our approach of designing the project for not only the needs of the client, but also from the perspective of the contractor, allows for transparent bids, less change orders, and shorter construction times.
