Anthony Martinez

Anthony Martinez is a dedicated Structural Design Manager known for his leadership in managing our design team and overseeing project scheduling. Since joining the company in late 2024, Anthony has brought over 7.5 years of expertise in creating technical drawings for commercial, municipal, and industrial projects. His skill set extends to performing field observations to ensure adherence to structural standards and windstorm requirements. 

Passionate about mentorship and fostering professional growth, Anthony thrives on empowering his team members to strengthen their skills and achieve their full potential.

Outside of work, Anthony enjoys cooking BBQ, spending time with family, and keeping up with seasonal sporting events. He and his wife love traveling and spending time with their Dalmatian daughter named Bailey, who never fails to keep them entertained.
