Lynn Engineering is seeking a highly motivated self-starter looking for the opportunity to manage and grow our business in the role of INSPECTOR.

Lynn Engineering is looking always on the lookout for detail-oriented individuals that are eager to learn. We are looking for a Windstorm Inspectors to join our growing engineering firm.  Construction experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Principle Duties

  • Responsible for inspecting and reporting on virtually every phase of the construction process: including, but not limited to; foundation, exterior wall framing, windows, doors, exterior covering, and roofs
  • Ensure that construction is being completed in accordance to Windstorm plans, or manufacture provided Product Evaluations
  • Interprets plans, specifications, drawings, and documents related to engineering and construction
  • Keep company vehicle up to date with all maintenance including oil chance, tires, etc.
  • Maintains and fosters contacts with homeowners, contractors
  • Interacts closely with clients, staff and contractors to ensure that inspections are carried out efficiently
  • Builds company image by collaboration with customers, government, community organizations, and employees
