Avita Gandy

Avita Gandy plays an integral role at Lynn Engineering, assisting homeowners and contractors with navigating the structural engineering process. She specializes in setting up projects for new residences and renovations requiring windstorm certifications. Since joining the company in October 2023, Avita has enjoyed educating clients, ensuring smooth project execution, and fostering relationships based on trust and excellent service.

Before her transition into the engineering industry, Avita spent several years in the salon industry and dedicated nearly four years as a CrossFit coach. A proud Rockport-Fulton ISD Pirate Alumni, she has called Rockport home for nearly 40 years. Her passion for community service led her to serve as the Vice President of Marketing and Events for the Rockport-Fulton Education Foundation, where she helps provide students and staff with tools and resources that exceed the district budget.

Outside of work, Avita loves cheering on her children in their sports and volunteering at her local church. Her favorite quote is: “Lead with faith, serve with purpose, and inspire with action.” Knowing that her work contributes to a larger purpose motivates her every day as she strives to build strong relationships and make a meaningful impact.
