Celestina Encinia

Celestina Encinia is the Human Resources Manager at LynnGroup, Lynn Engineering’s parent company. Celestina has been with Lynn Engineering for several years. She began as a Client Relations Specialist in the Corpus Christi office location and moved to the corporate office in Bay City in January 2020. She was promoted to Human Resources Manager in August 2021.

Celestina graduated from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and minors in both Public Relations and Human Resource Management. During her schooling she obtained five years’ experience in retail management and worked in marketing as a social media manager.

She is an active member of the Bay City Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture and contributes to community involvement as well as developing a strong social media presence. Celestina strives to create the best possible experience for every client through transparency, efficiency, friendliness, and superb assistance.

In her spare time, Celestina loves to spend time with her fiancé and family, travel, and create content for her own blog. Her travels usually include a stop at a beautiful winery in the area with an open patio and live music.
