Dale Mercer

Dale Mercer, lead civil designer/project coordinator, prepares designs and drawings, tracks and coordinates job schedules, and coordinates the work of other designers and draftsmen.

Dale has been with the company for 13 years. Previously he worked for a steel joist manufacturer in their shop orders and detailing departments. He is very involved with his church, and enjoys hunting, fishing, and leatherwork.

Dale is strongly motivated by the pursuit of excellence. He channels this in his work to produce the best designs in the most efficient way possible.
