Jeff Laney

Jeff Laney is a Project Representative at Lynn Engineering. He serves as a liaison between the client and engineer. He participates in all aspects of construction jobs, from pre-construction to completion, performing inspections and maintaining integrity and compliance at job sites. He also performs Windstorm Inspections on new construction homes.

He has a 40-year history in the construction industry, starting his career as a structural and pipe welder. He later transitioned into civil construction. He joined Lynn Engineering in 2019 following a merger with the engineering firm.

Jeff graduated from San Jacinto College with an associate degree in Commercial and Industrial Electrical. He holds various certifications: Construction Manager, Geotech Engineering and Testing, NACE Coating Inspector Level I, Radiograph Technician Level II, and is also a Certified Weld Test Instructor.

Jeff believes every person has something to contribute. He displays a strong work ethic and desire to serve. He ensures that each job is completed in a professional and timely manner and to the satisfaction of each client.

In his spare time Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors and on the water.
