Mark Hutson, P.E., MBA

Mark Hutson is the Land Development Project Manager at Lynn Engineering. He directs the daily operations of the land development engineer team and guides clients through the development processes within each governing agency.

He has more than 25 years of experience as a project/program manager – experienced in planning and managing complex projects. Mark has always strived to provide clients with value-added engineering. 

Mark graduated from the University of Texas at Austin (Hook’em!) in 1996 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and obtained his P.E. license in 2002.  Mark also received his MBA at the University of Texas at Dallas in 2002.

He enjoys time outdoors, either bike riding around White Rock Lake or playing golf- anywhere! Mark also enjoys being a part of his family’s activities, whether it is going to his youngest daughter’s singing recitals, watching his oldest daughter play soccer, or following his wife around to help her with her cat rescue program.

Mark drives clients toward success through collaboration and being innovative with clients on the possibilities for their projects.  He also encourages team members to become a bigger part of the process and motivates them to treat every project as if it were their own.
