Ronda Espinosa

Ronda Espinosa joined Lynn Group as the Executive Assistant to the CEO in October 2022. She brings a diverse background in business administration and education, having previously worked as an Educator for Bay City ISD for 7 years. Ronda holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Houston-Victoria and served in the United States Marine Corps for 4 years.

In her role at Lynn Group, Ronda efficiently manages the CEO’s schedules and communications, ensuring the executive can perform at their highest ability with minimal distraction from day-to-day tasks. Ronda is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and creating a supportive atmosphere for the CEO to thrive.

Outside of work, Ronda enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, where laughter and silly jokes abound. She believes that the toughest times often lead to the greatest moments and that challenging situations build strong individuals.
