Ronda Espinosa

Ronda Espinosa, the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Lynn Group, is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of the company’s CEO.

She has been with the company since October 2022. Before that, she spent seven years as an educator at Bay City Independent School District. Ronda graduated from the University of Houston-Victoria with a B.A. in Business Administration and spent four years as a United States Marine.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two kids. When the four of them are together there is nonstop laughter and silly jokes. Ronda believes that your hardest times often lead to the greatest moments in your life and that tough situations build strong people in the end.

Ronda is motivated by helping others achieve their goals. As an Executive Assistant, her job is to create an atmosphere where the CEO can perform to his highest ability using the least amount of brain power on daunting day-to-day tasks. She is excited to be part of the Lynn Group family.
