Celestina Encinia, Client Relations Specialist, develops and maintains trusted relationships with clients through timely and accurate communications. Celestina has been with Lynn Engineering for two years. She started in the Corpus Christi office location and moved to the corporate office in Bay City in January 2020.

Dylan Carrillo is a designer at Lynn Engineering. His job is to draw specific lines and circles according to the engineer’s direction. He has been with the company since 2013.

Jeff Stewart is a Draftsman at Lynn Engineering. He takes the information from the engineers and develops foundation and windstorm plans. He also takes care of any pre-engineered steel buildings and other “non-typical” projects.

Jennifer Cortez IS the finance department at Lynn Engineering. She handles payroll, bookkeeping, bank accounts, deposits, and accounts payable. She ensures that our employees, clients, and vendors are taken care of in an efficient manner.

Pavan Kata is the Project Managing Engineer at Lynn Engineering. He handles the Structural Engineering department at Bay City office and his job responsibilities include design and detailing of the buildings, managing the draftsman and the trainee engineer, as well as answering questions from inspectors, contractors and homeowners.

Matt Montalvo is a Draftsman at Lynn Engineering. His job consists of creating plans for new home and metal building foundations, pole barns, and house framings. Matt has been with Lynn Engineering since September 2019.

Lindsay Carrillo is a draftsman at Lynn Engineering. She creates technical drawings based on the given specifications and calculations. She ensures that the final design complies with regulations and quality standards. She also helps with scanning jobs in and sending out invoices to our clients. She joined the Lynn Engineering team in August of 2019.
