Lindsay Carrillo is a draftsman at Lynn Engineering. She creates technical drawings based on the given specifications and calculations. She ensures that the final design complies with regulations and quality standards. She also helps with scanning jobs in and sending out invoices to our clients. She joined the Lynn Engineering team in August of 2019.

Jasmine Cortez is known as the ‘momma bear’ at Lynn Engineering.  She ensures all processes are being followed for efficiency, but most importantly a smooth ride for the client.  Making the client and team feel special and important is a priority.


Jasmine has been with Lynn Engineering for more than a decade now. She started in a small office in Bay City for a few months; when the Rockport acquisition came about she took the opportunity, followed by the Corpus Christi expansion, and has finally made it back to where it all began.


In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family especially when they get to travel for a week-long vacation, a shopping day spent with her mom and sisters, and baking up a yummy dessert that was found on Pinterest.


What motivates Jasmine to wake up everyday to go to work is the ability to give back to those who can’t help themselves – young children trapped in human trafficking, homeless families, or those with no food or clean water.

Rondie Singletary​

Rondie Singletary

Senior Windstorm Inspector

Rondie Singletary, Senior Inspector (Windstorm), manages inspectors as well as training new inspectors when hired on. In his role, he acts as a technical buffer between the engineer and the customers and inspectors.

He has been with the company since 2013, working in part in all branches of Lynn Group, gaining knowledge of the different aspects of construction from conception to completion of projects.

Rondie is father to three handsome boys, Jakob, Zackston, and Devin, and husband to Yanessa. He enjoys sports, gaming and spending quality time with his family.

He is inspired by positively impacting others any way he can, driving him to always find a solution for issues our clients might have.

D.C. Dunham​

D.C. Dunham’s title on paper is General Manager of Projects, but on top of managing big-picture items across the Construction and Development arms of LynnGroup she is responsible for directing business development activities for Lynn Engineering.
